TIDE & Individual Design

$325 then $299 12 Month Contract ($325 for your first 6 months, then $299 for every month after)

TIDE combines individualized programming, one-on-one training, and group workouts in this hybrid, ultra-effective class style.

Don’t want to be confined to a time slot? Individual design lets you workout where you want, when you want.  Of course, every workout is written specifically for you, your body, and your goals.

1-ON-1 PRIVATE COACHING

Working one-on-one with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. If you are under a time crunch or simply don’t want to waste a single moment in getting to your best self, one-on-one training is for you.

If it’s been a while since you’ve been active, or you are recovering from an injury and looking to get out of pain for good, you’ll need a more individualized, targeted approach. When you enroll in our one-on-one training, you’ll be set up on a fitness track designed for your specific needs.
