When you enroll in The Other 23, you receive coaching in the abstract areas of your life that are typically hard to track, including nutrition, recovery, and mindset. Your coach will meet with you to determine your “low hanging fruit” to create a plan that will get you the biggest life changes with the least amount of effort.
