In TIDE, your coach is deeply invested in your progress, creating each day of programming specifically for your body and goals. They will monitor your progress continuously, ensuring you are consistently improving with each workout and pivoting the moment progress begins to slow down.
Each class starts with your individualized programming, designed specifically for your body and your goals. Your coach will be there to provide expert instruction, guide you through proper form and alignment, and of course, offer you the motivation and support you need. Then, the members of TIDE will come together to perform a group workout, beginning with a warm up and ending with a cool down.
