Step 1: Joint By Joint Assessment

First, you will complete a thorough, joint by joint assessment that will measure your body’s unique structural limitations and imbalances.  Your coach, armed with this information, will create a targeted training program to fix your imbalances and prepare you for the rigor of the group classes.

Step 2: One on One

Working one on one with one of our professional coaches, you will become competent and confident in the movements you’ll be using on a regular basis. Many of these movements you already know — we’re just going to make you better at them. We’ll teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury. Don’t worry if you need extra time here. Everyone has their own pace.

This is also where you will begin to understand how your lifestyle outside of the gym can get you even faster to your goals (or keep you from them altogether). We will share how your fitness involves not only your capacity for movement, but also your stress levels, what you eat, and how much rest you get.

Step 3: TIDE or Individual Design

Depending on your goals and experience, you may jump straight into CrossFit classes.  But if you’re looking to for a quicker, more individualized approach, this is where we shine!  From the progress you’ve made working one on one with your coach, you’re feeling more confident in your body and your abilities.  Keep that momentum strong while beginning to experience the energy that group class has to offer!

Our TIDE class combines individualized programming, one-on-one training, and group workouts in this hybrid, ultra-effective class style.  You just might want to stay here forever, and we wouldn’t blame you!  One on one attention from your coach, workouts written specifically to get you to your goals as quickly as possible, a fun group atmosphere, and accountability systems in place to keep you focused when life gets distracting. This is training at its finest!

Step 4: Group CrossFit Classes

At this point, you’re feeling confident in your body and your ability to make good choices about your health.  You’re ready to start attending classes that are flexible day to day, and you don’t need as much accountability to stay on track.  But don’t worry, we’ll still check in with your goals quarterly and make sure you’re still progressing at the rate you’re happy with!

Our community means the world to us, and we want you to be a part of it. Don’t be afraid to show up early, ask questions, cheer on your peers, and socialize after the workout!  Take it in and see how it feels to belong to a group of fit-minded people.  If you surround yourself with others who have achieved your goals, you are more likely to succeed.

Step 5: A Happier, Healthier You

While you may have started just interested in feeling more fit, by now, your whole lifestyle has elevated to match. You’ve learned to do things you never thought you could, and you’re now an example of health to the people in your life. You are stronger, faster, and more athletic than you were before, and you know how to sustain it for life. Time to celebrate your new lifestyle of reaching milestones, pushing toward your potential, achieving PRs (personal records), and so much more!

From here, you’re likely to circle back to an earlier step, like one on one training or hybrid class, so you can more quickly target the next goal you’re chasing, like getting your first muscle up or training for a special event!
